Description and Purpose: Delaware Valley RIMS has created this Job Bank section of the Web site as a service to members and nonmembers. Job postings are submitted to Delaware Valley RIMS by members and non-members of the association for a fee. However, users may access and download the posted information at no charge.
Limitation of Use: Each individual shall limit access to, and use of, the Delaware Valley RIMS Job Bank solely for the member's business purposes and shall not resell or otherwise generate income by providing access to the Delaware Valley RIMS Job Bank to third parties.
Conditions of Posting: Job postings submitted for publication at the Delaware Valley RIMS Job Bank will be printed "as is." Individuals are solely responsible for the content of any job posting submitted for such publication. Individuals submit job postings at their own risk and without benefit of editorial services or comment by Delaware Valley RIMS.
By submitting a job posting to Delaware Valley RIMS for publication at the Delaware Valley RIMS Job Bank, the individual agrees not to post any material or information that is false, misleading, libelous, defamatory, discriminatory or unlawful, or that violates or infringes on any trademark, copyright or similar rights of others.
Individual further agrees that by posting information at the Delaware Valley RIMS Job Bank, it shall grant equal opportunity to all qualified persons without regard to race, color, creed, age, sex marital status, disability, religion or national origin, sexual orientation, status with regard to public assistance, and all other classes protected by law and to comply with all applicable anti-discrimination laws.
Right of Refusal: Delaware Valley RIMS reserves the right to reject or remove any job posting that violates any of the above stated requirements. However, Delaware Valley RIMS failure to reject or remove a job posting that does violate or purport to violate, any of the above stated requirements does not subject either organization to liability nullify this agreement, or constitute a waiver of any portion of this agreement.
Limitation of Liability: Delaware Valley RIMS makes no representation, express or implied, that the information provided at the Delaware Valley RIMS Job Bank is accurate. Nor shall Delaware Valley RIMS be liable for the direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages incurred by any member or permissible user hereunder arising out of the use or misuse of the information provided at the Delaware Valley RIMS Job Bank.
Governing Law: Any and all claims relating to an individual's use or access to the RIMS Job Bank shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to or application of choice of law rules or principles.
