In this role, I oversee all Risk, Security, and Safety Initiatives worldwide, serve as Collette’s ambassador with key partners across government and industry experts, co-lead the U.S. Crises Team, manage critical broker relationships for Collette’s lines of insurance, and steer our Business Continuity and infrastructure portfolios in the U.S., Canada, and Australia.

My passion for risk, security, safety and crises leadership began in the public sector as a fire fighter serving 20 years with the Johnston Fire Department in Rhode Island until my retirement in 2007. That foundation launched a career that has taken me through key roles at CVS Health, Primark and now Collette-across both domestic and international operations. Each step has strengthened my commitment to building safer, more resilient organizations.
With nearly four decades of experience in risk reduction, crises management, safety leadership, insurance management and operational excellence, I’ve dedicated my career to building safer, more resilient organizations. My background spans health and safety, fire safety, business continuity, property management, insurance, and security-bringing a strategic, solutions-driven approach to every challenge.
