    PANELISTS INCLUDE:

Justin Bigham, Chief Financial Officer, Pathfinder Bank

Justin Bigham is a seasoned finance and business leader with over 30 years of experience guiding organizations through transformation, growth, and strategic change. As Chief Financial Officer at Pathfinder Bank, he leads a diverse portfolio of functions including finance, treasury, investor relations, investment services, product management, human resources, and project management. Justin plays a key role as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, helping drive long-term value and operational excellence for the organization.

Throughout his career, Justin has embraced complex transitions, from restructuring teams and rebuilding culture, to repositioning organizations for performance and scale. Prior to Pathfinder, he served as Chief Financial Officer and later Chief Community Banking Officer at Five Star Bank, where he oversaw several lines of business and over 300 employees. He has also held senior leadership roles at First Niagara and M&T Bank, and began his career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Justin is a CPA and a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and the Columbia Business School Executive Leadership Program. He is passionate about developing people, creating connections across generations, and leading with authenticity. Outside of work, he stays active by playing competitive soccer, a lifelong passion that’s been a constant since childhood. He also spent over a decade coaching his kids’ soccer teams from youth through high school and is proud that both have become accomplished players in their own right. When not on the field, he occasionally trades humility for hope on the golf course and enjoys exploring local craft beer and live music. Justin has also served on several nonprofit boards, always seeking to build up others in both professional and personal communities.

    P

Sarah White, Vice President Business Insurance Adviser, Marsh McLennan

Sarah is an award-winning, customer-obsessed insurance broker at Marsh McLennan Agency… but not before she was a Brand Manager at a family-owned restaurant company, an executive at a Fortune 100 insurance company, or a national Marketing Director at a Fortune 500 REIT.

Or, if we really want to go back in time – a waitress, workers’ compensation claims adjuster, starving journalist, and Bath & Body Works associate.

Sarah worked in multifamily, sports and entertainment, restaurants, and non-profits for 10 years before discovering her one true love: Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance. Now she leverages her two decades of experience in brand management, public relations, and commercial insurance to help organizations - from multi-million to multi-billion-dollar enterprises - stay protected and thrive.

Recognized by leading organizations such as APCIA, AM Best and AMA for her creative solutions and powerful results, Sarah has a proven track record of protecting the brands and reputations of those she serves - all while delivering an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.

Sarah lives in Houston and has a B.A. in Mass Media and Speech Communications from Houston Baptist University. She is also a twin and prides herself on being a semi-finalist on Worst Cooks in America.  Her husband, Nick, and two boys, Asher (5) and Nolan (8) can testify that her cooking skills have only worsened with time.
